College Recruitment - Justin Elkington Help organize our college awareness night. Contact guest speakers, recruit college coaches for attendance, send invitations to older players in the club, coordinate information to be handed out, get college requirements for attendance, secure location for meeting, works closely with Justin and our college coaches in the club, create player profile information for the website, etc.
Financial - Rebecca Dozier Determine HFC annual budget, establish guidelines for scholarships, review account balances and determine accuracy of the financial statements, etc.
Logo-Wear - Craig Wagner
Obtain bids from potential vendors, finalize contract, determine what items we want to offer, what is the purpose of logo wear?, internet sales, store option, inventory tracking, etc.
Scholarships - Rebecca Dozier Create scholarship request form, determine confidentially comments, determine lengths of scholarships and what amounts can be waived, how can we raise funds for potential scholarships, what can the scholarship recipient (player and family) do for the club in return (volunteer), uniform scholarships, etc.
Tryouts - HFC Board Help organize tryouts, make folders for each players, obtain building permit for tents, create tryout handbook for coaches, obtain supplies, make signs, organize parking, etc.
Picnic - HFC Board Organize club wide picnic, contact city to use fields, what events to have, determine date, establish each team's requirements for participation, etc.
Nominating - HFC Board
Coordinate with other committee member to find interested parties to run for office at the next election
Sponsorship - Justin Elkington Obtain club sponsorship through Corporate and/or local businesses, determining levels of sponsorships, determine when funds are received what they will be used for, potential sponsor for tournament (name the tournament after company X), Thank you gifts for donations, etc.
Website - Todd Pemberton Help improve the HFC website by adding content and graphics, help teams as needed to establish their team pages, coordinate guidelines for submissions, etc.
Tournament - Tournament Director
Aid the tournament director in facilitating the HFC Cup, organize volunteers, recruit college coach attendance, hospitality duties, secure hotel sponsors, assign work assignment to HFC teams, etc.
Field Maintenance – Justin Elkington Help secure additional practice fields, make necessary upgrades/repairs to practice fields as needed, coordinate training dates and time for teams to allow efficient use of fields, help located lighted practice fields for teams.
