THOUGHTS
I believe coaching education is important.  I believe that in order to become a better coach, one must look to advance their own professional knowledge of all aspects of soccer.  It is very important for me, as a coach, to keep up with soccer education, trends, and training techniques because soccer is evolving all the time.  I stay current on issues relating to all aspects of soccer through continued coaches education and conventions such as the NSCAA National Coaches Convention.  These conventions consist of classroom lectures and field sessions taught by the best minds in soccer world wide.  By getting the continuing education that I need, I can then truly target the needs of players at all levels of the game and accelerate their individual development.  I strive to be innovative and push the envelope of the game of soccer to its limit for the benefit of the players and their development.  I feel freedom where others might feel restriction.  In short, without continuing education there is no advancement for me and that in turn means no advancement for players.
